BRAZILIAN FIRM BEXCELL AUDITORES INDEPENDENTES JOINS PRAXITYPublished : 10 years ago, on
Brazilian firm Bexcell Auditores Independentes has joined Praxity – the world’s largest Alliance of independent accountancy firms. Bexcell has offices in Sao Paulo and Alphaville plus satellite businesses in Rio de Janeiro and Manaus.
Founded in 2010, Bexcell has eight partners (with international experience) and around 210 employees. It specialises in Real Estate, Investment Funds, Industries, Not-For-Profit and the provision of audit, tax, advisory and outsourcing services.
Bexcell’s work includes: auditing and reviewing financial statements according to United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), Brazilian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (BR GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), consulting for IFRS implementation and the new Brazilian GAAP adoption, tax planning and transfer pricing reviews, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, corporate risk management, data security, corporate reorganisation and process control.
The firm is recognised as one of the top professional services firms in Brazil and its 200 plus active client base comes from the Real Estate, Technology, Not-For-Profit, Education, Retail and Consumer Products, Manufacturing and Distribution, Private Equity and Energy sectors.
