Partnership further strengthens E2E member offering and gives access to in-depth legal experience and advice for fast growing companies
E2Exchange, the scale-up-focused leader organisation supporting entrepreneurs and facilitating entrepreneur-to-entrepreneur information exchange, equity funding transactions and recruitment announces that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Olswang, the international technology, media and telecommunications law firm.
As part of this strategic partnership, members of E2Exchange will benefit from innovative legal solutions tailored to the size and scope of their businesses, with a focus on intellectual property, employment, funding, company structuring and commercial issues. In addition, Olswang will contribute content and participate in events relevant to E2Exchange members. Olswang Partner Dr Justin Hill has also joined E2E’s advisory board, having been actively involved with E2E since it launched in 2010.
Entrepreneurs running companies of all scales use E2E to make connections, find investment and deal opportunities, source NEDs and exchange cutting-edge ideas.
