EMERGING PRIVATE EQUITY REAL ESTATE FIRM RASTEGAR EQUITY PARTNERS RENEWS HFPR AS GLOBAL AGENCY OF RECORDPublished : 8 years ago, on
Hedge Fund PR (HFPR), one of the most prominent public relations agencies focused exclusively on the global alternative investment industry, is thrilled to announce that it has been re-engaged as the agency of record for a leading private equity real estate investment firm, Rastegar Equity Partners, led by founder and CEO Ari Rastegar. HFPR will continue to deliver communications counsel and media relations services that spotlight Rastegar’s passion for excellence and philanthropy, and his firm’s mission to disrupt the traditional private equity real estate approach for institutional and affluent investors.
“Since 2005 HFPR has elevated visibility, credibility and brand equity for a select client-base of large and emerging investment managers, institutional and private investors, professional services firms and non-profit organizations. We enjoy working with ‘press-friendly’ executives, and Ari Rastegar, a grateful millennial millionaire, is an informed and quotable private equity manager who is already building an extraordinary reputation with key print, online and broadcast media. His firm’s “Investor First” approach, combined with his philanthropic efforts, make Rastegar Equity Partners, and Ari, an ideal fit for HFPR,” said Mitch Ackles, CEO of HFPR.
A visionary in every sense of the word, Ari Rastegar has emerged as a one of the leaders of the next generation of asset managers. His success has been built from his unique perspective and understanding of real estate investing, with a focus on recession-resilient commercial real estate investments, including self-storage and discount retail investments. While flourishing as an attorney and entrepreneur, he founded Rastegar Equity Partners to combine his extensive real estate experience with big data and technology to optimize the investment process, provide transparency and exceptional service.
Ari started his career while still in law school, building and running a real estate development company. Based upon his early experiences, he developed his vision to create a better approach to real estate investing. He combines a keen understanding of the markets, advanced technology and a talent for structuring deals.
Prior to launching his first real estate investment firm, Ari worked closely with and was mentored by Ed Sheetz, the CEO and Founder of Chelsea Hotels in New York City, assisting Ed with some of his largest acquisitions. Ari also worked with Nate Paul, CEO and Founder of World Class Capital Group, where he helped Nate build a $600 million real estate portfolio. In his twenties, true to his entrepreneurial DNA, Ari added technology and entertainment startups to his list of projects. Today, he combines his experience with data and technology, focusing solely on real estate.
A graduate of Texas A&M University, as well as St. Mary’s University Law School, Ari returned to his Lone Star roots in 2015 to found Rastegar Equity Partners (then known as Rastegar Capital) in Dallas. Since his start as an institutional investor, he has maintained his commitment to a purposeful life that drives Rastegar Equity Partners to do good by doing well. Ari has prioritized both direct involvement and financial support of his community as a longtime supporter of Save the Children and Big Brothers Big Sisters. When he is not working or involved with service projects, Ari can be found boxing, spending time with his children, wandering local galleries or enjoying a good book.
