Charles Russell Speechlys is growing its Luxembourg office with the hire of corporate partner Jean-Baptiste Beauvoir-Plansonand the promotion of Yacine Diallo to partner.
A French avocat à la cour, Jean-Baptiste has twelve years of Luxembourg corporate law practice and is ranked in Chambers Global for M&A transactions in the French market. He advises private equity houses, multinational companies and private clients on their inbound and outbound investments.

Jean-Baptiste studied at Columbia Law School in New York as well as Assas in Paris. He joins Charles Russell Speechlys on 2 July from Loyens & Loeff.
Yacine Diallo joined Charles Russell Speechlys in 2017 and his practice focuses on international tax structuring, providing assistance for private equity houses and real estate funds on their fund raising structures, cross-border holding and financing strategies, as well as advising family offices and private clients on wealth management structures. He has a wealth of experience in assisting clients on Africa-related transactions in all regions of the Continent, and sovereign investment entities and family holdings from the Gulf region.
