For example, you bought a land in 12 lakh rupees and after 4 years you sell it out in 16 lakh, you get the profit of 4 lakhs. This is how you the income is generated through Capital Gains.

This means the profit you earn from a company where you have made some investments. Whatever profit the company earns will also be shared with you. your investment gets double or counted as the good investment, when the cash you are receiving increases after a regular interval.

By investing in real estate, you can make millions and the good news is that you don’t have to be a millionaire to invest in real estates. This is the long-term investment where the aim of investors is to invest for the cash flow. You will be able to make the money through the properties that you have given on rent and the rent increases over the period of time.
