BNY MELLON APPOINTS ARNON GOLDSTEIN AS REGIONAL HEAD OF SALES & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT, TREASURY SERVICES, FOR ASIA PACIFICPublished : 10 years ago, on
BNY Mellon, a global leader in investment management and investment services, has appointed Arnon Goldstein as Head of Sales & Relationship Management, Treasury Services, for Asia Pacific, based in Singapore.
“Treasury Services serves as the foundation for many of our financial institution and corporate relationships,” said BNY Mellon’s Asia-Pacific Chairman, Steve Lackey. “That’s particularly true in Asia, where our strengths in global payments, trade finance and cash and liquidity management are important elements in sustaining BNY Mellon’s growth momentum in the region. With his extensive industry and regional experience, Arnon is ideally suited to lead our region’s Treasury Services group.”
Goldstein brings over 18 years of professional and regional experience to his new position, having served in a series of increasingly responsible transaction banking and client relationship management positions in New York, Shanghai and Singapore. He was part of the team that opened BNY Mellon’s Shanghai branch, and helped establish the company’s Credit Underwriting operation in Singapore. He has also served as a member of BNY Mellon’s Global Client Management team, supporting clients in Singapore, India and the Philippines.
Goldstein is a member of Bankers Association for Finance and Trade (BAFT) and serves on the organization’s Asia Pacific Council.
Goldstein joins BNY Mellon’s Asia Pacific Executive Committee and reports to Alan Verschoyle-King, Executive Vice President and Global Head of Sales & Relationship Management for BNY Mellon’s Treasury Services business.
As Head of Sales & Relationship Management for Asia Pacific, Goldstein succeeds Frederick DiCocco, who has been appointed Head of Market Management within BNY Mellon’s Treasury Services business. In this global role, DiCocco will have responsibility for the execution of the Treasury Services business strategy in each of its regional groups. He will also report to Alan Verschoyle-King.
