Company recognised for completeness of vision and ability to execute
Coupa (NASDAQ: COUP), a leader in business spend management (BSM), today announced that it has been named a Leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Procure-to-Pay Suites for the third time in a row.
The report evaluated full-suite procure-to-pay (P2P) solutions from 15 different software vendors on 15 criteria, and placed Coupa in the Leaders quadrant based on its ability to execute and completeness of vision.
“We regard being named a Leader by Gartner for a third consecutive time as tremendous validation of our commitment to innovation and delivering real measurable value to our customers,” said Rob Bernshteyn, CEO, Coupa. “From our perspective, we continue to innovate at an aggressive pace to deliver a comprehensive platform covering all areas of business spend management augmented with rich insights from the collective intelligence of our customer community that manages hundreds of billions of spend.”
Coupa was positioned furthest to the right for its completeness of vision overall this year.
With ever changing business spend management needs, organisations are increasingly implementing comprehensive platform solutions that maximise the value of their spending while reducing supply chain risk. Such solutions deliver visibility, compliance, and predictive insights to help organisations realise savings before the money is spent and the opportunity lost.
For example, Service Corporation International (SCI) is North America’s largest provider of funeral and cemetery services and has been a Coupa customer for more than six years. SCI has achieved considerable business value by using Coupa to streamline and make its supply chain more efficient.
“Coupa has helped SCI deliver on our corporate business model which is dependent on efficiencies of scale. Specifically, reducing overhead costs by sharing resources,” said Rone Luczynski, managing director of procurement and supply chain, SCI. “Through the years, our voice has consistently been heard as Coupa rapidly executed on its platform vision and continually matured as a business. We’re happy to see Gartner recognise them again and feel that demonstrates their industry leadership.”
